As NASA would say, we are holding!
Not too much to report. We are kinda in a holding pattern, waiting to buy a house. We were all set to put an offer in on a very nice 3 bedroom home in a very ritzy part of the Lake Nona area, when a 4 bedroom home we had looked at dropped their price to the same amount. So, we've been working on the 4 bedroom home. But, so far, they have steadfastly refused to dicker with us (Should I dicker???)
So, we put in another offer today and are waiting to hear. It's a very nice house, with a screen in lanai, and hardwood floors. A lot of houses down here have what look like batting cages on the back. Apparently, they are for the bugs. In winter, you just open your house up and live on the porch. Sounds like fun.
So, it's just waiting time. Everything else is going good. Charlie likes his daycare ("Tutortime, Yay!") He loves going to the pool ("In the pool, COOL!") although he still can't swim. He sinks like a rock, but daddy is there to pull him out each time. It doesn't stop him from jumping in again. Yesterday, daddy forgot sunscreen, so there is no pool today. My burn line is funny, with it stopping halfway on my arm.
Kim is enjoying her job. She discovered a nearby business that has a good cafeteria, and gives CCCI people a discount. Everyone at work has been nice, and she is making some new friends.
Yesterday was a trip to EPCOT, for dinner at the Germany pavilion and watching "IllumiNations", the firework/lazer/flame/fountain extravaganza. Of course, Charlie loved it. It really is an amazing show.
I'll try to post some photos tonight to catch everyone up on what is going on.

Hell to the yes, photos. Where are photos? Why no photos? Are we supposed to wait until Charlie can DRIVE HERE ON HIS OWN to see what he looks like?
Yes, photos would be nice.
Glad y'all are doing well. We miss you lots.

I still am in awe every time you say "yesterday we went to 'insert
Disney theme park name here' for dinner."
Keep holding tight on the house hunting. It's sucks, but you're going to find the right place.
And to second Trish, yes, post the photots!
