Our little catalog model!The first house we put an offer on decided they didn't want to budge on price. They must think it's a seller's market, and that there are no houses for sale. So, we told them to enjoy making their large interest payment each month, and moved on. We have an offer in on another house. Hopefully, soon, we'll be out of the condo and into our own place.
Happy to see "quick photos" of birthday boy Charlie, and his mommy. We will be glad when you are in your home sweet home there.
