It's Ours!
After a rough closing, we finally are home owners in Florida.
One funny moment during the close. After several arguements about fees, documents, etc, the closing person said, "this document is standard", which our realtor responded, "you need to get the word 'standard' out of your dictionary, because there has been nothing standard about this closing".
Anyway, we move in on Saturday. Woohoo!
Closing always sucks. Congratulations on making it through. It sounds like you had a good realtor to negotiate for you.
